2 color halftone printing process

This design we printed for the brand Jeanisis Clothing was a 2 color halftone process.  The image was separated and the halftones were created through photoshop to get the look the client wanted with the real life image of the girl.  We used a very fine mesh to capture all the detailed halftone dots and printed the vibrant hot pink first then the black to give it that rich finish.  If you are looking to design a shirt similar to this please let us know so we can quote you out accordingly and make sure to have your artwork in either a photoshop or illustrator vector file.
