Departed Harvest shirt

Departed Harvest—our award-winning screenplay—is a crime drama film and television series, akin to Breaking Bad getting busy with LOST.

Our film project will be shot in the gorgeous Green Mountains of Vermont, near an abandoned hippie commune and a decommissioned army base—inspirations for Departed Harvest.

It will be produced by writer and producer, JoDa Hodge, and by Luis Guzman (Boogie Nights, Anger Management and Grand Theft Auto).

We are happy and pleased to see how the shirts we print for our customers flourish into something great and also be worn on people who are iconic in the media!  Great way to promote this upcoming film they are producing.  You can check out their trailer on their site at www.departedharvest.com

Good luck Joda!

Our client with this brand RONIN wanted a photorealistic image Screen Printed on black shirts – this process done is called “Simulated Process”, it is a method of printing photorealistic images without using the standard CMYK separations.  Images like this usually take about 3-4 colors to produce including the base.  If you have a design that you want to create with similar look BOLD Screen Printing is your shop to go to as we have mastered this process from the artwork separation all the way to the printing process.  Contact BOLD Screen Printing and email  us your design for a quote and we’ll be glad to help you produce your items.

Here at Bold we do our best to make sure our production runs smoothly and that we are on the same page with each and every customer. This is how the ordering process works:

Upon sending in your order through the Home page, paying invoice over phone or with more complex designs through our Quote page, you will be e-mailed a layout sheet such as this for your approval.

The layout shows your design as it appears printed along with the different color ways, size breakdown, shirt color, and shirt type. If something is wrong we will update your layout and send it back. We will keep doing this until your design is just right and meets all your standards.

After that, your products go in line for printing, packaged, and shipped to you in one of the new Bold Boxes.

With the streetwear industry constantly growing we see and print thousands of designs from clients around the whole United States and some clients go that extra mile and spend a little more with printing their designs on crewneck sweaters – this gives those brands an upper hand within the industry.  This brand printed their design on Gildan 18000 Ash Grey crewnecks and even with the fine lines we were able to get all details the client wanted.  If you are interested in printing on crewnecks please send us a quote and we will price you out accordingly.

This design we printed for the brand Jeanisis Clothing was a 2 color halftone process.  The image was separated and the halftones were created through photoshop to get the look the client wanted with the real life image of the girl.  We used a very fine mesh to capture all the detailed halftone dots and printed the vibrant hot pink first then the black to give it that rich finish.  If you are looking to design a shirt similar to this please let us know so we can quote you out accordingly and make sure to have your artwork in either a photoshop or illustrator vector file.

This is a 2 color print with a base on a tank top using Wilflex Pantone 186 Red and Wilflex Bright Tiger White ink.  Wilflex is hands down the best ink in the business.
